“One job at a time.”
Family-run bathroom remodeling for Lake County & the North Shore homeowners who care about the details — waterproofed right, laid straight, finished clean. In the trade since 1998.
On a full bathroom we do all of it — plumbing, electrical, tile and every finish — so you deal with one specialist instead of five contractors. Same standard on every other surface we touch.
Demo to final walkthrough — one job at a time
Every photo below is our own work in Lake County homes — no stock, no staging. Plenty more on Instagram.
Most tile failures start under the tile — skipped waterproofing, bad prep, rushed schedules. We build every job like it's our own house.
We measure, listen, and give you a written quote — no pressure.
Help choosing tile, pattern mockups, exact material counts.
We move what needs moving and waterproof it properly — then we show you before it gets covered.
Clean jobsite daily. We're done when you say it's perfect.
Fernando and Christopher did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel. We could not be happier with their work. They were finished ahead of schedule, at the quoted estimate, and helped in making some decisions that ultimately made the room look so much better than we could ever have expected.
Fernando and his son, Christopher, are a fantastic team. Professional, courteous, reliable, and they take tremendous pride in their work. After three successful projects, we can confidently say that F.Z. Tile is our go-to tile contractor.
Our master bathroom remodel was just completed by Fernando & Chris. We appreciated their professionalism, flexibility, quality of work and daily clean up. The project was completed on time and on budget.
Fernando and Chris were professional and completed a bathroom renovation on time. Their tile work is excellent, they have a great attention to detail and were honest with their input throughout the process. Highly recommended.
Fernando and his assistant were great! They were punctual, kind, and respectful of my home. Their work was top tier quality and CLEAN! I would definitely use them again on future projects.
Fernando and his son did a phenomenal and extremely professional job for us. I highly suggest him for all your flooring and bathroom redesign projects. Will definitely use them again in the future!
Worked with us before? A couple of lines on Google makes a real difference for a small family business.
Based in Wadsworth, we work across Lake County & the North Shore and roughly 50 miles in every direction. If you're near the lake or anywhere in the north suburbs, we can get to you.
Not on the list? Call us — if it's within about 50 miles of Wadsworth, the answer is usually yes.
That unfinished basement is the cheapest square footage you will ever add to your house. We take it from bare concrete and exposed joists to a finished room your family actually uses — framing, drywall, trim, lighting, built-ins and the flooring to match.
Text Fernando a photo of your basement and get a ballpark the same day.
