Hi — my name is Fernando and I'm the owner of F.Z. Tile. We're a small, family-run company based in Wadsworth, and we've been setting tile in Lake County homes since 1998 — 28 years in the trade. Bathrooms and showers mostly, plus kitchen backsplashes, floors, fireplace surrounds and full basement remodels.
We pride ourselves on building trust through frequent, honest communication, so the whole job is as smooth and stress-free as possible. The only surprise we want you to have is delight in the finished product. Nothing satisfies me more than seeing a customer's face when they walk into the finished room.
We're not a general contractor who takes on anything. Bathrooms are the specialty — and we do the whole bathroom ourselves: plumbing, electrical, framing, waterproofing, tile, vanity, mirror and every finish. You hire one person instead of managing five.
Doing all of it is also why we catch what other crews miss: the shower that was never waterproofed, the floor that cracked because nobody checked the subfloor, the backsplash where the outlets don't sit flush. We price the job so we can do those parts right, and we'd rather lose a bid than skip them.
