Common questions
Good to know
How long does a tile floor take?
Most bathrooms are one to two days. A kitchen or a large open area usually runs three to four days, including cure time before you walk on it.
Do I buy the tile, or do you?
Either works. Plenty of homeowners like picking their own tile — we'll give you exact square footage plus waste so you order the right amount the first time. If you'd rather we handle it, we will.
Can you tile over my existing floor?
Sometimes, but not usually a good idea. Tiling over an unsound floor is the fastest way to get cracked grout in a year. We'll tell you honestly what your subfloor needs after we look at it.
