Full Bathroom Remodels
in Lake County & the North Shore
A full bathroom is a dozen trades stacked into one small room, in the right order — plumbing, electrical, framing, waterproofing, tile and every finish. We do all of it ourselves, so you hire one specialist instead of managing five contractors who each blame the last one.
Everything, start to finish.
- Free on-site visit, measurements and a written scope before anything starts
- Full demo and haul-away, with your floors and hallways protected
- Plumbing and electrical by our own crew — licensed trades brought in when a job needs them
- Framing corrections and blocking for benches, grab bars and floating vanities
- Bonded waterproofing across the whole wet area, with the pan flood-tested
- All the tile: floor, walls, shower, niches and accent work
- Vanity, mirror, lighting, glass and fixture installation
- Grout, seal, silicone, paint touch-up and a spotless final clean
- One point of contact from the first visit to the punch list

Plan & quote
Before we startWe measure, talk through what's realistic for the space and your budget, help you land on tile and fixtures, and leave you a written number.
Demo
1–2 daysEverything out, hauled away, and a protected path from the door to the bathroom. We sweep at the end of every day.
Rough-in & framing
2–3 daysWe move the plumbing and electrical wherever the new layout needs them, correct the framing, and add blocking anywhere something will hang on the wall later.
Waterproofing
1 day + flood testBonded membrane over the whole wet area and a flood-tested pan. We show you this step before it gets covered — you should see it on your own bathroom.
Tile
3–5 daysFloor, walls, shower, niches and accents. Dry-laid first so the pattern centers on the room and the cuts land where they should.
Finishes & walkthrough
2–3 daysVanity, mirror, lighting, fixtures, glass, paint touch-up and grout seal. Then we walk it with you and fix the punch list before we call it done.
Typical full bathroom: about 2–3 weeks from demo to walkthrough. We give you a real schedule at the estimate.
Full Bathroom Remodels we've done
Good to know
How long does a full bathroom remodel take?
Most run about two to three weeks from demo to walkthrough. The variables are how much plumbing moves, whether we're waiting on a custom vanity or glass, and how quickly the other trades can get in. We'll give you a real schedule at the estimate, not a guess.
Can I use the bathroom while you work?
Not the one we're remodeling. If it's the only bathroom in the house, tell us at the estimate — we sequence the job differently so you're without it for as few days as possible.
Do you handle the plumbing and electrical?
Yes. Plumbing, electrical, framing, waterproofing, tile, vanity, mirror and every finish come from the same crew — that is the whole point of hiring us for a full bathroom. When a job needs a licensed trade, because of a permit or an inspection or simply because you want one, we bring ours in. Either way you deal with one person and nobody blames the last guy who was in your house.
Who buys the tile, vanity and fixtures?
Whichever you prefer. Plenty of homeowners enjoy picking their own — we'll give you exact quantities plus waste so you order right the first time. If you'd rather hand it off, we'll handle the sourcing.
Do I need a permit?
It depends on your village and on whether plumbing or electrical is moving. If a permit is needed we'll tell you straight at the estimate rather than after we've opened the wall.
What does a full bathroom remodel cost?
Honestly, we can't quote a bathroom from a web page — the range is too wide between a straight swap and moving the plumbing. The estimate is free and we'll give you a written number, so it costs you nothing to find out.
